"ANGLES OF FATE"

There have been countless methods of divination used for millennia for the purposes of offering the seeker of knowledge a glimpse of ones fate. Both king and common folk have witnessed first hand the awesome and elusive power held by the arts of divination, from runes, bones, scrying and my personal favorite, the Tarot…which has been translated as meaning 'Way of the King".

As all seekers of esoteric insight know, fate is never 100% fixed because of forces such as free will . . . and yet at the same time, predictions often come true with razor-sharp accuracy despite the decisions one has made with full knowledge of the probable outcome of a prediction.

HOW CAN THIS BE?

As I have discussed in previous articles, I believe that divination methods draw their power from the subconscious and unconscious minds, which are in turn linked directly with quantum forces that science is barely beginning to explain.

All Tarot decks share one thing in common: they rely on the use of symbols that represent unconscious forces, which are also linked to what we call "fate" because we are never fully aware of our actions and the chain reactions they cause.

From my personal experience, I have found there to be 3 main ways of interpreting a card reading: First, there is the interpretation of the card alignment based on preset and tested meanings. Then you have to interpret the hidden symbols and meanings in the drawings themselves, which can often be very dramatic, and finally, the most powerful messages come in the form of random insights and a sense of "knowing". In the combination of these 3 angles, the key to decoding fate resides.
